Today DazzleDust25, the number 1 Irish beauty blog, posted a thorough review of BundleBox on her videoblog on YouTube. Great, we love to hear from our customers! The good news is that she gave us an A for customer service and she liked the speedy delivery, and the care we put in into taking care of her order. Nice one!

DazzleDust25 was less impressed by the initial shipping rates she got before we repacked her items into a smaller box, so we could offer her a much better shipping rate in second instance.

This is an issue that we and our customers face especially with cosmetics and clothing. USA merchants often ship these items in unnecessary bulky packaging, leading to high international shipping rates (more on how shipping charges are calculated you can find here).  We are working hard to launch a “Strip & Ship Service”, with which, with your permission, we will repack your items into a smaller box, so you can save on international shipping rates.
