After receiving customer feedback and careful review we made registration for the Duty Calculator optional. Now you can make import duty calculations without having to register for the Duty Calculator. If you register, you are able to save and email calculations. Also we have added explanatory notes to the calculation results, for example when the duty defaults to nil, or when multiple products fall under the same customs code.

After receiving customer feedback and careful review we have made the suite insurance optional.

We received feedback from customers about the suite insurance fee that we charge, to ensure that your purchases are insured while they are stored in your Bundle Box, against damage and loss, up to a value of $10,000. When we designed Bundle Box, we had high value items in mind, that people would want to insure against damage or loss.

For low value items, our Bundleers requested to have a lower coverage, or no insurance at all. We always listen very carefully to customer feedback and decided to adapt the suite insurance. Now you can opt for various cover levels (£500 for £4.99/yr, £2,500 for £9.99 or £10,000 for £19.99/yr), or opt not to have your items insured while in your Bundle Box. We launched this last Thursday.
